Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing several project-specific teams, contributing to missile design development, supporting trials preparations, and ensuring successful customer deliveries. This position is ideal for building your understanding of complex systems integration challenges and team management in a delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop complex system simulations.
- Manage project-specific teams supporting missile design, trials preparation, and customer deliveries.
- Work with experts in Complex Functional Integration to develop products, facilities, and capabilities for current and future MBDA products.
- Contribute to defining the new HWIL facility currently in the planning and design phase.
What You Can Bring
Required Experience:
- Experience in at least one of the following: Complex functional integration, Missile functional chain design, Seeker/sensor design or proving, Software for real-time applications.
- Experience managing an engineering team.
- Experience managing budgets and delivery schedules/programme plans.
Desirable Experience:
- Strategic engagement with stakeholders.
- Facility maintenance.
