About the Role

MBDA is advancing its HR data and AI capabilities to support significant business transformation and strategic workforce decisions. Operating within a highly governed, on-premise IT environment across four countries (France, UK, Germany, Italy), the HR Data & AI Office prioritizes data security, employee privacy, and social dialogue alongside delivery speed.

As an HR Data & AI Project Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our HR Data & AI agenda within the UK. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Data, and Business functions, you will establish the essential foundations for reliable workforce data, actionable insights, and advanced AI-powered functionalities.

Your role will involve leading and supporting strategic projects aimed at enhancing how HR data is governed, integrated, analyzed, and utilized to generate business value, ensuring strong alignment with the overarching HR Data & AI strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with HR departments to precisely define business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
  • Support the establishment and enhancement of HR data governance, data quality, and data management frameworks.
  • Drive the delivery of comprehensive workforce analytics, reporting, and insight capabilities to enable evidence-based decision-making.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve the employee experience, boost operational efficiency, and achieve better business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement sessions to foster alignment and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, meticulously managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and overall outcomes.
