The Role
For our Helicopters Division, we are looking for a Project Management Specialist to be fully accountable for program execution. This role involves managing all program activities from contract signature through to helicopter delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control program activities using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as EBIT, P&L, CPI, and SPI.
- Ensure program execution in compliance with the Program Contract Baseline (cost, schedule, and performance) using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
- Manage customer requirements throughout program execution by controlling baseline changes, while keeping cost, schedule, and performance in check.
- Oversee and control testing, certification, and delivery activities for helicopters.
- Facilitate integration among internal functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager) to achieve program objectives.
- Provide periodic reporting to upper management through delivery meetings, Project Management Reviews, and Business Reviews, as per the Program Communication Plan.
- Initialize and manage the Program Risk Register.
- Support the budget process, ensuring alignment with the Program Baseline.
- Prepare and maintain the Product Roadmap, ensuring consistency with product strategy and market needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
