About the Role
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a challenging 12-month fixed-term contract? The UK Support Function is seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer (BSO) to join our friendly and supportive team at our Stevenage site. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the CAMM Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pro-active, accurate, and comprehensive administrative support to Senior Management team members.
- Manage complex diaries, extensive travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, events, workshops, and training days, participating and managing actions as required.
- Create and accurately maintain MS Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, MS One Note, and MS Word documents.
- Manage an access control process to ensure data control and compliance.
- Understand and utilise MBDA systems, tools, and policies.
- Support wider UKSF activities, including participation and contribution to working groups.
- Undertake varied and ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Proven experience in a similar Business / Admin Support role, with demonstrated ability in managing complex diaries, organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

What We Offer
- Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience.
- Location: Stevenage, with flexibility for occasional travel to other UK sites.
- Working Arrangement: Dynamic (hybrid) working, with 2-3 days onsite per week and a flexible approach to office and remote working.
- Security Clearance: Requires HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks after offer stage. Candidates must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
