Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Business Support / IT Administrator (m/f/d) to join the German Security Operations department at our Donauwörth site. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge helicopter development in a dynamic environment.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- As Business Support, you will assist the German Security Operations department with various specialized IT applications and related processes.
- Administer, monitor, and support complex technical security equipment, including video surveillance, intrusion and fire alarm systems, and access control.
- Coordinate and oversee service providers for the installation, maintenance, and support of our modern security systems.
- Administer and maintain data in the incident management system; create dispatch and duty rosters.
- Develop best-practice documentations and guidelines; contribute to the creation of company policies.
- Participate in security projects and measures.
- Contribute to quality management and the continuous improvement process.
- Undertake special tasks, such as participating in the operational disaster control organization.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
- Education in plant security (GSSK or NSL specialist) or a successfully completed technical education in a technical field related to security technology with further training.
- Knowledge of general network technology.
- Administration skills in operating systems, preferably Windows, and experience in user support, including technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines in the field of plant security is advantageous.
- Practical experience in security technology (video surveillance systems, intrusion, fire, and access control systems) is desirable.
- Reliability, stress resistance, teamwork skills, high commitment, and a strong sense of discretion.
- Ability for independent, problem-oriented work.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
- Negotiation-level English and fluent German language skills.
