About the Role
Following a recent company re-organisation, MBDA's UK Procurement Directorate has introduced a 'Governance and Performance' (G&P) team to support the function's drive to deliver excellence to our customers by ensuring robust governance, performance management, and compliance across all our Procurement activities.
The UK G&P Business Management Executive is a high-visibility role that contributes to the strategic direction of Procurement UK, reporting to the Senior Procurement Executive Operational Effectiveness G&P UK. Your mission will be to create the framework for an efficient, productive, and agile procurement operation. You will be overseeing process harmonisation and simplification whilst driving the transformation of the UK Procurement approach to governance.
With full oversight of the processes, reporting, resources, and budgets required by the UK function, you will lead your team to deliver against your strategic vision, encouraging a culture of engagement and a reputation for excellence. This role is for a leader who is comfortable mastering ambiguity and taking independent ownership of activities that will deliver meaningful change.
