About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst for Logistics Contract Management (m/f) to join the Flow Enablement & Performance department based in Toulouse, France. The PIOX organization is crucial to the Airbus Logistics challenge: delivering parts to aircraft production and assembly lines on-time, on-quality, and on-cost throughout Europe. You will be a key player in a transnational organization supporting the success of Airbus operations.

You will have a central role, as part of a multi-functional team, interfacing with Logistics Service Providers, Airbus Procurement, Logistics Operations and contract management teams, Logistics Engineering, Finance, and Digital & Performance management teams. The PIOX team is responsible for supporting Logistics Operations (PIOx) and General Procurement (PJML) in the proper execution and management of Airbus Logistics contracts, including prices, budget (Logistics budget = 250M€), change requests, performance, logistics means, and costs challenges.

Your Challenges

  • Update and maintain core tools (Excel/Sheet) for annual budget calculations.
  • Maintain and improve the contractual price model.
  • Share and validate core input data with logistics service providers regarding volumes and contractual prices.
  • Support future logistics call for tenders, including preparing costing sheets and analyzing results.
  • Prepare regular budget simulations for Finance and PIO management.
  • Build the Logistics cost trajectory for the next 5 years.
  • Support ad-hoc requests, including impact analysis, new price calculations, and budget simulations.
  • Assist the Data Analyst in gathering and analyzing business requirements for new KPIs or digital tools.
  • Support the logistics community in using digital tools.
  • Engage in potential transversal projects, including workshop preparation, training, and process deployment.

Your Boarding Pass (Requirements)

  • 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO, or Financial Controller role.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
  • Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or similar BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Negotiation level English & French is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, or Finance (budget) context is a plus.
  • Skywise knowledge is a plus.
